Chaitanya Residence is conceived as an exploration of pure architectural language, where simple geometry is elevated through a rhythmic play of arches, curves, and voids. The facade remains sleek and restrained, with exposed arch borders creating subtle depth and shadow. Large, luxurious spaces open into central courtyards and greens, allowing nature to flow through the home. Bridges connect different zones across the courts, while the living room is designed like an island at the heart of the residence, surrounded by intimate corners, swing spaces, and framed views.

Strongly guided by vastu principles, the planning creates a clear intimacy gradient between public and private spaces. The south-side staircase, distinct private lounge, and separate main living areas bring both functionality and spatial richness. Sloped roofs and carved voids allow trees to emerge through the built form, strengthening the connection with landscape. The upper level gives special emphasis to the study, creating a quiet retreat within the house.
