Inspired by the movement and form of wings, this biomimetic canopy was designed as a dynamic entrance gate for the Elcina Manufacturing Cluster in Bhiwadi, India. Conceived in steel and glass, the structure functions as both an architectural landmark and a kinetic installation. The canopy folds and unfolds through controlled mechanical movement, allowing the gateway to transform according to functional requirements over time. When fully open, the structure gradually swings outward, imitating the natural motion of wings in flight and creating a dramatic sense of arrival.

The use of steel provides structural flexibility and strength, while glass enhances transparency and modern aesthetics. The entrance composition includes a main guard house positioned at the front for access management, while the elevated rear structure accommodates a security room with improved site visibility. Combining engineering precision with nature-inspired design, the project reflects innovation, adaptability, and contemporary architectural expression within an industrial setting.
